Reveation Labs re-engineered the Member Eligibility application with a modern, scalable architecture designed for high-volume data processing, operational resilience, and precise execution. The solution moved the platform away from legacy constraints and introduced a microservices-based model where core functions could operate independently, scale efficiently, and support future enhancements with less complexity.
To improve database performance, Reveation Labs replaced Entity Framework-dependent operations with optimized SQL stored procedures, giving the system more control over query execution and eliminating recurring deadlock issues. RabbitMQ was introduced to enable asynchronous and parallel data processing, allowing the platform to handle large transaction volumes without slowing down critical workflows.
The modernized platform also enhanced subscription lifecycle management across both file-based and API inputs, creating a more reliable path for additions, updates, terminations, billing workflows, and partner integrations.
