The removal of technical debt and introduction of system redundancy significantly reduced the impact of network and IT outages. Recovery times dropped, and production lines can now continue operating with minimal disruption, enabling more predictable throughput and service levels.
The addition of analytics and monitoring dashboards means Close The Loop can see, in real time, how systems, processes, and sustainability KPIs are performing.
